Through Reiki Healing & Wellness

Reiki is a gentle
energy-centered practice
that enhances the ability
to heal, boosts immunity,
lowers stress, and
prevents illness.

Reiki evolves the mind, body, and spirit by rejoining them to the path of peace,
enlightenment, and joy.

How Does Reiki Work?

Reiki is a Japanese form of
alternative medicine, also
known as energy healing.

Reiki can be described as
‘universal energy ‘or
‘spiritual life force energy’.

‘Rei’ can be translated to
mean spirit or soul.
‘Ki’ means life force energy.

What to Expect in a
Reiki Session

All you will need to do is be in a relaxed position, sitting or lying down with distractions removed so that you won’t be interrupted.

If you like, you can burn a white candle, play soft meditation music and burn oils or incense if you desire.

I start with a Rose Quartz Aura Cleanse.

As you start to relax you will start to enjoy the soothing healing energies.

Using my beautiful Rose Quartz Crystal wand I’ll feel your personal energy field by sweeping the crystal repeatedly through your energy field, head to toe.

Where there is dense energy within the aura, I’ll help dissipate any blockages or lower vibrations of other people and places you may have taken on.

Then Using My Pendulum I Align Your Chakras.

When Chakras are out of alignment, we can feel pulled in several directions, off centre, out of sorts from our most natural state of wellbeing.

I work my way through each of the 7 primary Chakra systems, if there is a blockage in the energy field I will invite it to come gently into harmony and realign itself.

Flowing on to the Reiki.

It is simply transmitted using my intention to send it to you and your intention to receive it.

I will act as a conduit and tune the healing energy to you, this then flows through the energy currents that exist naturally.
